People are in expectation of the new Star Wars movie: The Force Awakens, a new chapter in the franchise after of a long waiting time, where already we know that the things have changed and this is the new challenge after of that George Lucas ceded the rights to Disney. But this time I'm not going to talk about something that clearly excites to a great number of people, but a capsule collection that Bloomingdale's has made to help with a good cause...

The New York retailer store Bloomingdale's convoked in together with Disney Consumer Products to various designers between them various menswear fashion designers like: Ovadia & Sons, Timo Weiland, Rag & Bone and Todd Snyder for they create a bespoke version (to measure) inspired in some character of the franchise. The initiative called: "Force 4 Fashion" gathers these designers to raise funds for The Child Mind Institute in United States, in a charity auction in the website: on December, 8-12, on behalf of Star Wars: Force to Change.

The designs will be revealed in the Bloomingdale's windows vitrines on December 3 but before there will be a launching event on December, 2.

For a small sample, here are the sketches of menswear designs: The first one that lead on the post is of Todd Snyder inspired in Chewbacca, Timo Weiland in Finn (of the new movie) Rag & Bone inspired in Kylo Ren and Ovadia & Sons to the Stormtroopers. It's a fabulous occasion to help to a good cause and to show excellent inspirations with this great saga.
